Why are there national brand items available on CLICK SEATTLE?
We also carry a select range of nationally available products in certain categories to enhance the convenience for shoppers who would buy those same items from local brick & mortar stores.
How do I check my order status?
Sign into your account and your order history and status will be visible.
You can also find order status in the emails you will receive after placing an order. There will be a first email for order confirmation and then a second email when your order ships with carrier/tracking information.
Who will be shipping my order?
Depending on where the item ships from, USPS, UPS or FedEx will used. We will choose the best option when preparing your order. Your shipping confirmation email will include carrier/tracking number information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel an order within 24hrs of receiving the order confirmation email. Orders cannot be changed after an email confirmation is sent so cancel order and start shopping with a new order.
Can I return items?
Most items can be returned with some exceptions. Items which are non-returnable will be clearly indicated in the product descriptions.
Can I use manufacturer coupons?
At this time, we cannot process coupons submitted to us. From time to time, we may run promotions from our suppliers which will be highlighted on our website.
